Refund policy

• You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
  
• If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we’ll cover the return shipping costs.

• Refunds are usually processed faster than 4 weeks, but timing may vary:
• 5–10 business days: Transit time for us to receive your return
• 3–5 business days: Time for us to process your return once received

How to Return an Item

2. Go to “Complete Orders” under the My Account menu
   
3. Click Return Item(s)
   
4. We’ll send you an email once your refund is processed
